Rent

Rent is inclusive of heating and sewerage charges.

Service Charges

· Water Rates are invoiced direct from the Business Park on a monthly basis.

· Electricity is invoiced either direct from the Business Park or from the outside supplier on a monthly basis.

· Business Rates are invoiced direct from Warrington Borough Council.

Where supplies are from an outside agency, we will handle all necessary paperwork to ease your move.

Other Charges

We also make available a telephone answering service, photocopying (both black & white and colour), fax and postal franking service. Any use of these facilities are invoiced monthly in arrears by the Business Park
