Opened in May 1991, over £1.5M has been
spent on the development of Warrington Business Park, creating office
space from 130 to 1100 sq ft and some small manufacturing
space of between 500 and 1000 sq ft. The original concept of a
business generation centre for small businesses has been redefined somewhat with the arrival of long-term
tenants, such as a children's nursery and Wire FM.
This has not meant that we have forgotten our original intentions. There
are some 50 businesses occupying office space and employing some 300+
staff, all benefiting from the following facilities:
