FACILITIES IN WARRINGTON BUSINESS PARK
Opened in May 1991, over £1.5M has been
spent on the development of Warrington Business Park, creating offices
& office
space from 130 to 1100 sq ft and some small manufacturing
space of between 500 and 1000 sq ft. The original concept of a
business generation centre for small businesses has been redefined somewhat with the arrival of long-term
tenants.
This has not meant that we have forgotten our original intentions. There
are some 50 businesses occupying office space and employing some 300+
staff, all benefiting from the following facilities:

Reception
Providing a full range of receptionist
services (including post, photocopying, fax and typing services), the friendly and professional
Warrington Business Park reception
staff are available to assist your business and visitors from 9am
to 5pm Monday to Friday. |

Conference & Meeting Facilities Our 3 conference rooms can be arranged to suit
any size of group from 2 to 75 people.

Restaurant The recently refurbished CAFÉ CLARE is open
from Monday to Friday and provides a comprehensive range of
snacks, drinks and hot meals. On-site conferences and business
meetings are also catered for, whether your requirements are for
hot or cold buffet dining. |

Car Parking Warrington Business Park provides
free, unlimited car parking for over 300 staff and visitor cars on
site, split between the North Car Park and South Car Park.
Warrington Business Park also provides ample loading/unloading
facilities. |

Nursery The children's nursery, ideally
situated on-site at Warrington Business Park, provides
a high standard of safe, caring and stimulating child care for
children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years. The fully
qualified and trained nursery staff provide a wide range of
activities, including free play, sand, water painting, art &
craft, quiet times and table toys. |

Security Warrington Business Park benefits from newly
installed CCTV, covering entrances, reception and roofs, manned reception
during office hours and has overnight manned
security, provided by Kingdom Security. Individual office security
can also be discussed to suit your requirements. |
